Within 90 minutes of the Europort are counties Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Tipperary, Kildare, Waterford & Wicklow, with a combined population of 925,000. Also within easy access are the cities of Dublin (pop 1,275,000), Cork (pop 530,000) & Limerick (pop 190,000). Thus 2.9m people or 63% of the population of the State are within 2½ hours of Rosslare Europort.
Rosslare Europort Road & Rail Services
The port is well-served by the national road and rail network, providing excellent access to all major towns and cities.
M11/N11 & M1 to Dublin & the North (Route E01)
N24 & 25 to Cork, Limerick, etc. (Atlantic Corridor)
N80 to the Midlands & the West and via the M9 to Southwest Dublin
Rosslare is rail-connected and has regular passenger services to the Capital. Rail freight services are planned when the Europort enters the LoLo market.
