Maintenance Dredging Programme 2012
EPA has approved the Port's application for a Dumping at Sea Permit on 30 March 2012. Details of this permit may be found at:

Aspects of this Permit remain under review and clarification with the EPA remains to be sought as to the implementation of some of the conditions contained therein.

Maintenance Dredging Programme 2013
As per Condition 4 of the permit, a monitoring Programme will be agreed with the EPA and implemented in all areas of the harbour, approach channel and dumpsite.
